A bit of a continuation from yesterdays post.. although I'm in total basics, reeeeally excited about the shoes. They simply are the solution to wearing a manly brogue without wearing flats. I've only seen acne and simone rocha do it right. When these first came out I said it's one of the ugliest shoes I've seen in a long time. I guess there is always the attraction in the things you can not get or the ones you publicly state that you hate. Me and my fugly shoes are now very happy together.

I find truth in this post because I find myself feeling that way towards many things and then months later, finding myself obsessed with it! I think that our eyes just have to adjust to new things that we aren't used to seeing. Sometimes, we find things odd to be ugly.

It happens to most of us, we look at something and think its hidious but then we always come back for it and give it a chance. When we do it just looks gorgeous on and fits the bill. I just found your beautiful, inspiring blog yesterday and read it all the way through. I am speechless. I absolutely adore your style and your sense in fashion. It was rather surprising to find out you're only 163 cm tall, because that's my height as well and I never use maxi dresses, long skirts, long coats, etc because I always thought they won't suit me at all just because I'm so short. But you proved me wrong - you have now given me a new-found inspiration to try out different kind of clothing, so thank you!!
I have two questions:
1) Do you still use Canon EOS 500D or have you changed your camera since that was mentioned? I love love love your pictures. You truly look like a high fashion model to me. And you always seem to discover the most amazing backgrounds to maximize the brilliance of your pics. You have a great eye for beauty, I must tell you that.
2) I noticed your hair looks a bit different now compared to the first months of your blog (back in early 2010). Is your present hair color your natural color? If not, can you tell me what have you done to make the color of your hair look so amazingly beautiful, natural and light? You are a hair goddess :)
