Oh, that's awful! But hey, at least you're still awesome :) I really hope you'll make it home. I was lucky enough to make it out of the country before the worst snow came upon us... Will be celebrating Christmas in
Spain this year. And it's sunny and most importantly -- now snow! Hopefully we won't be able to get back next week. Much better to be stuck in warm place :)
Anyway, you're my number one inspiration as always. Can't really find the words. But I know for certain that is everyone were like you, there'd be world peace! xxx

I am also stuck in London, but recovering from dental surgery rather than enforced captivity - not sure which is worse! Your blog is keeping me from going insane stuck in my flat though, so at least some good is coming out of this mess :-s

If I were you I would go to the airport, wait at your airlines counter and demand a stand by....I did yesterday (after having my flight cancelled a couple of times) and around 23 they let on the flight....but the downside is that you´ll have to stay at the counter all day (its easier for them to remember you if you have been there all day)
Be nice & polite and if your lucky you´ll get on. I flew with SAS, and they recommend all passengers to go into London and get a hotel room...so late in the evening, there wont be that many people on stand by and you´ll be more likely to get on:-)

It's horrible! But really in Russia, they can't go outside, there is snow up to windows at 4th floor!
